Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Representative
to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome and respond to guest queries and requests
Complete Checkins, checkouts and reservations
Address service or facility problems with the appropriate departments and work towards a resolution
Answer the general phone line assisting callers in whatever way necessary
Work alongside the management team and housekeeping to ensure all guests have a phenomenal stay

Qualifications:

Familiarity with office machines (ex; fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problemsolving skills
Customer service focus
Previous front desk or reception experience an asset

Education:

High School Diploma
Minimum 12 years experience
