Volkswagen Midtown Toronto is currently looking for an
Assistant Business Manager to join their team in Toronto.

The
Assistant Business Manager is responsible for increasing customer loyalty and to retain the Volkswagen Midtown Toronto business. The
Assistant Business Manager will also introduce our customers to additional products and services for their vehicle.

Job Duties:


  • Selling insurances, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to all sales and service customers.
  • Make 3050 outbound calls each day to follow up and ensure customers satisfaction with their visit.
  • Handle database leads.
  • Following up on customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Understanding and following legislation and workplace health & safety requirements.
  • Help introduce service customers to sales department, generate potential new/used car sales.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

-
Experience in a dealership service department would be preferred
:


  • OMVIC Certified.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Previous call center experience is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Teamoriented individual.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
  • Works well in a team environment.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

- automotive: 1 year (preferred)
