As a Compliance Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the day to day operations and administrative duties as required.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- By being the first point of contact for Compliance and managing all inquiries to the Compliance mailbox
- By ensuring the Compliance team is on track with required reporting and filing as required by our regulators
- By supporting the Compliance team with data entry and filing
- By supporting the Privacy Committee; attending all meetings, taking minutes and assisting with follow ups
- By supporting the Compliance & Legal teams with data entry, filing and invoice allocations and payments
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Corporate Legal Assistant diploma with 2 to 3 years experience and/or
- Administrative assistant experience (23 years experience)
- Strong organizational skills/time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently as a team player
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
