Description:


WHO YOU ARE:


The HR Intern will provide support for internal HR communications and employee experience initiatives for our Stores and Head Office populations.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the timing of different communications & project launches
  • Draft communications for appropriate groups:


  • Head Office

  • Leaders and all employees


  • Stores

  • Regional Directors, District Supervisors, Store Memos, Operations Newsletter Notes
  • Support ongoing Employee Experience & Communications
  • Support ongoing HR Projects
  • Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in a pertinent field completed or in progress;
  • Ideal role for a new graduate or third year student looking to build their HR career;
  • 12 years of relevant work experience is an asset;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written);
  • Excellent customer support, organization skills, diplomacy and attention to details;
  • Fashion retail experience is an asset.
