Englobe is looking for a metallurgical laboratory technician to join the team of one of its clients working in the aeronautic field in Dorval.
Your Contribution:
As a
Metallurgical Technicician, you will work with the impartition team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the conduct and coordination of laboratory tests;
- Evaluate and cut samples for assembly;
- Prepare samples for metallographic analysis;
- Carry out metallographic analyzes (welding, resistance, brazing, plasma, EDM, heat treatment);
- Use optical microscopes;
- Carry out mechanical resistance tests (hardness, traction, etc.).
Your Profile:
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in metallurgical engineering;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
- Available to work the evening shift 1 week out of 4;
- Fluent French, spoken and written
