Century St. Albert has an opening for a full time Dual Rate Games Manager.
The Dual Rate Games Manager position is a full time Floor Supervisor / part time Games Manager role.
The summary of the Games manager role is as follows:
Manage all Table Games Operations in compliance with Century Casinos, AGLC and all other applicable government agencies. Responsible for ensuring all AML policies, practices and procedures and completed correctly and on time. Develop, enhance and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, team members and authorities from all levels of government. Track and report all gaming activities to the Casino Manager. Practice and encourage exceptional customer service while ensuring all table games are operated correctly and with integrity. Maintain and comply with safety and security standards. The Games Manager is responsible for all facility operations in the absence of the Casino Manager and General Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manages Dealer &, Floor Supervisors, In the absence of the General Manager and Casino Manager, the Games Manager is responsible for all facility operations and the employees on duty.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated knowledge of casino operations, gaming rules and regulations. Demonstrated experience receiving, securing, handling, counting and reconciling, and distributing large sums of money. Must have a working knowledge of all game types offered. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills including those with staff, government agents and customers.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Three (3) or more years of recent and related supervisor/manager gaming experience.
REASONING ABILITY
Must have demonstrated the ability to use good judgement and make good decisions on a consistent basis. Independent decision making is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Century Casino, FINTRAC and AGLC's policies and procedures and how they pertain to all areas of operation. Must have and maintain professional radio communication when communicating with all departments.
