**: Cogir, is currently looking for a resident janitor in Boisbriand for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Administration:


  • Provide a high level of customer service

Construction:


  • All other related tasks
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Maintain the garden
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Remove snow and ice on sidewalks
  • Taking out the trash
  • Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
