We are seeking an experienced individual to be an integral part of our team in a blended role as a Customer Service Rep & Shipping Coordinator at one of our facilities located in Brampton, Ontario.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to all assigned customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Set up deliveries/orders for trailers and complete all necessary paperwork (bills) corresponding with the loads.
  • Store items received in appropriate storage areas, document any changes and ensure they are entered into the system.
  • Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logístical details.
  • Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise.
  • Planning and staging of shipments with effective use of floor space.
  • Performing inventory cycle counts to find any discrepancies, damages, and adjusting in the system;
  • Coordinate and plan Inbound Trailers for receiving
  • Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators and report to Operations Manager

Qualifications & Skills:


  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Experience preferred warehousing & logistics
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the aptitude to learn new software quickly;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team too
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
  • Have good communication skills
