Civil Litigation Associate

Qualifications:


  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (or another Canadian law society);
  • 25 years of relevant civil litigation experience;
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills;
  • Proven ability to analyze legal issues and provide effective, timely advice;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as well as to run their own files; and
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collegial team.
