Summary
The Field Service Coordinator provides administrative support to the operations management team and facilitates the office coordination for multiple Construction projects.

- Work with the Resource Manager, Superintendents and Dispatchers to understand upcoming projects and required resources
- Support with the preparation of the scope of work and schedule for the field crews, site Foremen and Superintendents to follow and execute
- Liaise with Project Teams to ensure that job startup packages included the required documentation
- Assist Superintendents and Dispatchers to ensure the ontime delivery of equipment and supplies
- Support site Foremen, Superintendents and Project Teams with maintaining job site efficiencies, including: disposal, rentals, coordination of subtrades, etc.
- Work alongside the Health & Safety team to ensure crew members onsite had adequate training and certifications
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
High School diploma (or equivalent).
Civil engineering diploma preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects and support multiple employees' administrative needs with minimum supervision is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extreme attention to detail
Superior accuracy and proficiency in accounting processes
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet monthly deadlines
Proficient in Project Management software including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
Experience with B2W Software is considered an asset
Fundamental experience using databases
Work Conditions
Regularly conducting site visits
Ability to travel for work is mandatory
Working hours vary depending on business needs/jobs
Overtime may be required
Hazards associated with the industry
