Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • 35 years' related experience
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping processes and inventory management
  • Intermediate computer skills

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
  • Compile and sort invoices and checks
  • Issue checks for accounts payable
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Place checks in envelopes and mail out
  • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system
  • Record charges and refunds
  • Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
  • File and tally deposits
  • Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts
  • Match invoices to work orders
  • Process bills for payment
  • Arrange for money to be delivered to bank
  • Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies
  • Contact individuals with delinquent accounts
  • Ensure customers accept payments or refunds
  • Provide payroll backup support for holiday coverage
  • Perform other duties as assigned:30pm

Scope:
Responsible for performing all balancing needs to support machine shop and turbo build.


Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Working knowledge of hand and/or power tools

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure any required tooling stock is adequate for upcoming production
  • Request all parts within acceptable time frame from Grinding/Lathe
  • Assess and implement most costeffective means of producing accurate parts
  • Ensure all setup and run times are completed in a timely manner
  • Perform machine maintenance duties as per maintenance binders as well as do housekeeping
  • Adhere to assigned workload, as determined by shop manager, in accordance with production schedule
  • Report all the production activities to Shop Manager
  • Accurately count and fill out the movement paper
  • Accurately complete production log for every work order
  • Log in and out of MAS500 for all run time
  • Trouble shoot any issues with part quality/balance machine
  • Communicate with Shop Manager and CNC employees about machining, debrurring or balance issues
  • Help and participate in continuous improvement of CNC Balance work area
  • Approve or scrap the part, based on the machine results
  • Inspect and approve any documentation to be placed into part binders
  • Refine Balance process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

From $20.00 per hour
