What's the position?


Reporting into the Director of Growth, as a vital member of the free-to-play games marketing team, you'll help expand Hard Rock Games' player base across multiple platforms through native advertising.

Working hand in hand with the marketing and data teams, you will combine your outstanding knowledge of gaming and native advertising to play a leading role in driving forward the growth of the free-to-play games business.


Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Plan, develop, and implement our native advertising strategy across top performing networks
  • Endtoend management of campaigns including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative development, and performance tracking
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators weekly
  • Ensure all campaign activity is within budget and drives core KPIs Stay up to date on latest trends and best practices

What are we looking for?


In this team we need a star performer with a deep understanding of free-to-play games and native advertising that can produce world class results, driving high-value players to install our games at a cost below what our competitors are paying.


To be successful in this team you will:

  • Possess at least 3+ years' experience building and managing native advertising campaigns
  • Have excellent reporting & analytical skills; familiarity with google analytics. Mobile measurement partners, firebase, tableau, or other analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of metrics/KPIs in native advertising
  • Content and landing page development/optimization is second nature to you
  • Know that Taboola is not a Mediterranean salad
  • Be highly organized and structured, with the ability to work at an incredible pace, working across multiple tasks and teams
  • A natural communicator to both internal and external teams, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Understand the freetoplay games landscape and where new and existing opportunities might be
  • Enjoy working in an everchanging landscape, where no day is the same
