As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, which means you come with

  • 8+ years of IT Systems / Internal Help desk experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and experience with Mac and Windows OS, mobile devices, Firewalls, Routers, Google Workspace, SSO/SAML (Okta), and general software troubleshooting
  • Ability to effectively communicate technology, infrastructure, and process needs
  • Demonstrated a sense of urgency and history of affecting change through process and workflow enhancements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • A history of working independently while being accountable for deliverables
  • Ability to work in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

As a Homie, you will make an impact by
Managing all aspects of hardware/software installation, as well as all levels of technical support for the entire organization.

You will also be responsible for providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of information technology and business systems.


  • Provide help desk and technical services assistance to onsite and remote employees
  • Provide troubleshooting to resolve employee hardware and software malfunctions/failures
  • Facilitate procurement of enduser hardware and equipment
  • Install and update network system requirements/improvements as they are released
  • Evaluate performance and connectivity issues of all equipment, software, and hardware
  • Keep sensitive information associated with all forms of technology private and confidential
  • Maintain user accounts, access privileges, network, and system security
  • Managing, imaging, and inventorying of user equipment
  • Enhance IT and help desk workflows and automation to increase efficiency
  • Planning, testing and implementation of all IT infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems
  • Responsible for research and development of assigned projects as it relates to changing technology and making recommendations
