If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a
Maintenance Technician (1) to join our Queen's Marque Maintenance team.

What you will be doing:

Responding to internal and guest related work orders. Including hotel, residence, commercial office, and retail/ food & beverage.
Maintaining the condition of the buildings and tenant spaces, performing repairs and arranging for trades to perform other repairs.
Liaising with external service providers present in the building to ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Employer standards.
Liaising with the Manager and the building controls team with respect to outstanding issues, procedures, and practices at the site.
Ensuring presentation is upheld to Employer standards and maintains the buildings in a firstclass manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgment, or as directed by the Employer.
Assisting with the coordination, review, and management of parking as per building policies. Including parking allocation, valet parking, and enforcement.

What we're looking for:

Residential maintenance experience is an asset.
A positive attitude paired with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is a must.
Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is also considered an asset.

The Maintenance Technician will have the ability to follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures while maintaining open and fluid communication with team members.
