Your Chance
We are looking for a
Call Center Application Specialist to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in a hybrid work setting.

You'll have the flexibility to operate from
Ontario or Quebec while taking charge of the following responsibilities:


  • Supervise inbound contacts to maintain a consistent and high standard of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal BDO IT and RingCentral IT for system changes and adjustments.
  • Manage the RingCentral support platform overall.
  • Analyze data, propose solutions, and pull data.

Your background and qualifications

  • Hold a postsecondary education.
  • A Data Analytics certification is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French proficiency is a plus.
  • Minimum years of experience with RingCentral Technology or similar platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Professionalism with a courteous, friendly, and positive demeanor. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
