Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a

Responsibilities:

Payroll entries, coding and balancing
Hazard ID reporting
Incident reporting and tracking
New hire onboarding process
Assist employees with various requests including training, travel and days off scheduling
Ordering stock
Understand company policies and procedures and be able to communicate them effectively
Assisting Managers with assigments and reporting as needed
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in Maximo preferred
Office Admin certificate or equivalent post secondary training an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail orientated
Highly organized and able to multitask
Critical thinking, decision making and problemsolving skills.
Must be a selfstarter and team player
Must be able to pass preemployment drug test
