- Manage and lead IT projects independently with responsibility of the project outcome
- Work with the business stakeholders to clearly understand the project scope, the business needs and requirements
- Develop project plans describing the scope and requirements, and the strategy to achieve the goals and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain a project schedule
- Identify risks and create contingency plan when needed
- Delegate tasks to allocated available resources
- Collaborate with other teams on different time zones to progress the project
- Manage change requests towards the project
- Communicate both orally and in writing
- Identity and drive improvements.
- Prepare project status reports and runs project status meetings and keeps business stakeholders informed of project status and related issues
- Have a Project Management degree, ideally PMP
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a Computer Science or similar preferred
- 7+ years' experience in Project Management
- Experienced in project management methodologies
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge about Gitlab, Jira and other technologies.
- Experience from the IT field an advantage
- Communicative and a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Team player, organized and strive for results and quality
- Ability to coordinate and handle more than one task at the same time
- Being proactive
