THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception support including daily coverage and closing the office, vacation coverage, and weekly ad hoc coverage to support the office manager.
- Marketing support and management of social media posts, conferences, publications and ads, content creation, swag and ordering stationary.
- Legal support such as opening and closing of files, creating and formatting documents, conflict checks, scanning projects and drafting engagement letters and other correspondence.
- Light finance support such as trust accounting, billing, AP and occasional wire payments and banking during closings.
- IT support such as basic troubleshooting, liaising between employees and offsite IT providers and vendors, IT onboarding for new employees and project management support.
- General administrative support such as coordinating and preparing for meetings and catering, boardroom bookings, cleaning reception and boardrooms, supply ordering, sorting of mail and arranging couriers.
- Facility support such as liaising with building management, safety warden duties, office maintenance and other impromptu tasks.
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years of office experience (experience in a law firm is an asset).
- Strong technical skills including MS office, and Adobe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once along with competing priorities.
- A desire to grow professionally and be challenged.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
