Apprentice Learning & Development Administrator - 15 month FTC:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo - Becket House
Bouygues Energies & Services' Early Careers team have a new Apprentice Learning & Development Administrator vacancy. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to start a career within Learning & Development or HR.
This is a 15 month contract position.
Key activities
- To achieve successful completion of the apprenticeship programme within the outlined duration. Pass all
- Support the L&D Managers as required with administering the Early Careers programmes at all stages from
- Provide first line support for all Early Careers employees and stakeholders, signposting to relevant
- Regularly update the Digital Apprenticeship Service system and other relevant records to accurately reflect
- Provide regular reports and other statistical information regarding Early Careers
- Actively liaise with the wider L&D team, be engaged in meetings, contribute and present on topics of
- Carry out additional adhoc tasks and project work designated by the L&D Manager.
- Comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
Skills, qualifications & experience:
- Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with stakeholders from all corners and levels of the organisation
- Good organisational and planning skills, displaying a flexible approach and an ability to multitask.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
- Good attention to detail and ability to audit data for accuracy.
- Proactive approach and selfmotivated; able to work independently and complete tasks to required timelines
- Able to work flexibly outside core hours when required for training set up or similar
