Position Overview:

Assisting senior Appraisers in collecting physical data used in the valuation of residential and commercial properties and agricultural land.
Utilizing aerial photography to update current acre inventories in the Agency's computer system as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good communication and public relations skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
Good problemsolving and time management skills

Required Professional Designations/Certification:

Fall 2023 enrolment in a postsecondary institution (university or college).
A valid class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract is required.

Preference may be given to post-secondary students enrolled in the field of Agriculture.
Employment with the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal record check.

Salary:
$1,654 bi-weekly
