About the Role:

The Team Lead for Delivery (Level 4) is a crucial role reporting to the Director of Professional Services Delivery. This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality standards, and implementing best practices.

You will be managing a team of 5-7 direct reports, guiding them in their career growth, providing necessary training, and overseeing capacity planning.

When complex projects arise, your leadership will be instrumental in navigating them successfully.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in SaaS implementations, leadership experience, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality assurance.


A day in the life:


  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 57 direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and high performance.
  • Foster career growth and professional development opportunities within the team, emphasizing a continuous learning environment.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to new team members, enhancing their competency and proficiency in their roles.
  • Provide support to complex and enterpriselevel projects, coordinating both billable and nonbillable tasks either independently or collaboratively as required.
  • Implement and maintain high quality assurance standards across all implementation processes to ensure customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of SaaS implementation best practices to contribute to team development and improve implementation outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Delivery team by sharing your expertise and providing upskill opportunities.
  • Oversee team capacity to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining uncompromised quality.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; a blend of post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in a team/people leadership or similar role within a Software environment, preferably within a Customer Success Delivery, PSO or Project capacity
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS where implementation projects were a key focus
  • Proven experience in a software implementation capacity, especially complex implementations
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Mavenlink, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk
  • Knowledge of the postacute care market is a plus
  • Excellent training skills and familiarity with adult learning styles
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States for onsite customer activities if required for billable project work
  • Willingness to spend some time onsite at the closest AlayaCare office for collaborative purposes
