Your Role


As Branch Care Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to all branch operations while primarily being responsible for scheduling and confirming patient appointments, facilitating and answering questions regarding clients funding programs and insurance requirements, maintaining the Blue Cross portal and managing physicians and clinicians schedules.

This role also manages, and shares information collected from patients with the appropriate medical team members.

The Branch Care Coordinator must be able to communicate and work effectively on a multidisciplinary team and have a working knowledge of medical terminology.

This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 37.5 hours per week.


Qualifications

  • Empathetic, kind, and approachable
  • A minimum of 1+ year of work experience in the area of office administration in a health care setting
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand various processing in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to manage time, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Good listening skills along with the ability to accept and follow direction
  • Medical Office Assistant Diploma and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
