***: Reporting to the Director, Finance & Business Operations, the Administrative Assistant, Business Operations provides support to the Director as well as facilitates the effective functioning of the business operations group and supports key projects of the team and individual leaders as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum educational qualifications include a year college diploma in office administration, business administration or similar program.
  • Minimum 57years related work experience in office management or Administrative Assistant, Business Operations position. Experience with accounting an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
