In this role you will provide basic to sophisticated level administrative and specialized support for the Pipeline Integrity Programs team.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage logistics for major department functions and regular team training sessions (calendar invites, space booking, catering, etc).
  • Attend staff meetings and provide meeting minutes.
  • Act on behalf of the department in dispensing routine administrative information and answering general administrative inquiries.
  • Invoice coding and preparation of monthly Operating Cost variance and accrual reports for leadership team.
  • Arrange travel and submitting of expense reports.
  • Prepares reports for use in business planning and analysis for assigned area.
  • Coordinate new hire and existing employee moves by establishing IT accounts, building access, and office locations.
  • Assist staff with navigation and troubleshooting of company systems (Workday, Oracle iExpense, intranet, etc).
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • 3 years of experience in the administrative field. High School Diploma or equivalent GED mínimally is required. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint). Experience with Oracle and/or PowerBI is an asset. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
