The
Faculty of Kinesiology at the
University of Calgary seeks a
Sessional Instructor to instruct KNES 20- Activity: Essence & Experience in
Summer 2023.


KNES 20- Activity: Essence & Experience

Participate in various activities and movement patterns and the study of the fundamental factors that influence the activities we choose and the way we move.


Teaching Responsibilities:

  • Instructor of record for the course including instruction and grading.
  • Instructor of record for a specific activity lab including all instruction and grading.
  • Strong proficiency with online instruction tools (e.g., Zoom, Yuja, D2L, etc.)
  • Other assigned duties
  • Current curriculum vitae


  • Teaching Statement

  • Three (3) letters of reference
  • Required ONLY for first time appointments to the Faculty of Kinesiology
Sessional positions are offered on a per course basis.
