Automotive Painter to join our team to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

The Automotive Painter assesses and evaluates the exterior paint condition of various vehicles and selects appropriate corrective action or method of repair to ensure a seamless paint finish.

Major areas of responsibility:

Identifying and removing layers of subcoatings by using abrasives, solvents or chemicals.
Using an eye for detail and good color sense to match complex color formulations created by vehicle manufacturers.
Painting the damaged vehicle with appropriate paint color as specified in the repair order.
Keeps work area clean and tidy. A Painter is expected to practice conserving materials to minimize waste.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid attention to detail, quick learner and ability to adapt to many varying situations
Pays attention to detail in order to restore the car to its prime state
Keeps work area clean and organized
Knowledgeable about vehicles
