Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Prepare and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial performance of the company and provide insights for decisionmaking.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial integrity.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a senior finance role, or a few years as a CFO.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in strategic planning, decision support, and driving financial growth.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
