Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Prepare and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial performance of the company and provide insights for decisionmaking.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in strategic planning, decision support, and driving financial growth.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
