The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for effectively coordinating day-to-day logistics operations for the organization.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Schedule & organize freight movement for both inbound & outbound loads internationally and domestic
Prepare and execute freight negotiations with carriers
Monitor inventory control to schedule shipments daily
Collaboration with production facilities
Preparation of North American and International Customs documentation and declarations
Have knowledge of Letter of Credit
Coordinate request for quote and other rate requests
Communicate and coordinate with Shipping/Receiving Departments and Sales
Communicate with internal teams at TMM LP and third party suppliers
Two (2) to Three (3) years of similar experience;
Proven experience with logistics coordination
Understanding of Transportation & traffic laws
University Degree or College Diploma relating to Supply Chain Management, Customs
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, problemsolve and ensure accuracy (attention to detail)
Proven ability to demonstrate good communication skills with a positive attitude.
