The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for effectively coordinating day-to-day logistics operations for the organization.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

  • Schedule & organize freight movement for both inbound & outbound loads internationally and domestic
  • Prepare and execute freight negotiations with carriers
  • Monitor inventory control to schedule shipments daily
  • Collaboration with production facilities
  • Preparation of North American and International Customs documentation and declarations
  • Have knowledge of Letter of Credit
  • Coordinate request for quote and other rate requests
  • Communicate and coordinate with Shipping/Receiving Departments and Sales
  • Communicate with internal teams at TMM LP and third party suppliers
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of similar experience;
  • Proven experience with logistics coordination
  • Understanding of Transportation & traffic laws
  • University Degree or College Diploma relating to Supply Chain Management, Customs
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, problemsolve and ensure accuracy (attention to detail)
  • Proven ability to demonstrate good communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Must be used to a fast paced environment Bonus Points:
  • Related experience in a similar industry

  • CIFFA Certification
