Manager on Duty (MOD)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Entertainment Coordinators (ECs) are the face of Putting Edge to our guests. They must ensure each guest receives exceptional service and has a fun experience.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high customer enjoyment and satisfaction
- Upselling special promotional offers
- Follow all Putting Edge policies and procedures
- Regular cleaning of the facility to ensure it is clean and well maintained at all times
- Identify any Health & Safety issues and report to MOD
- Other duties as may be assigned by the MOD
WORKING HOURS:
The Entertainment Coordinator must be available to primarily work weekend shifts and weekday shifts during school holiday periods. On occasion, the EC may also be required to work on weekday evening shifts. This position will average two shifts/week.

- strong customer service, problem-solving and mediation skills
- excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated ability to multi-task in busy operational situations
- dependable transportation
