Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a.

As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

Duties:


  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and amenities
  • Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Assist with luggage handling & guest requests
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
  • Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
