Restaurant Server/ BaristaPreparing responsibilities include

serving drinks and food in a timely manner.

Numerous cleaning and preparation tasks.

Providing a high level of customer service to customers at the Takeout counter, Drive Thru Window and Dining room.

  • Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
  • Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
  • Taking feedback from diners
  • Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
  • Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or Coffee Station area to the tables
  • Memorizing the food menu as well as any daily specials
  • Setting tables throughout the shift.
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable
  • Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
  • Take beverage and food orders
  • Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
  • Check in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
  • Clear dirty dishes from table
  • Refill beverages throughout the meal
  • Deliver guests' bill and thank them for dining at the diner
  • Work with other servers and be a team player
  • Set up your serving section
  • Stock server station
  • Clean your server section
  • Closing side work after your shift

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Personable and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced team environment
  • Must be able to work weekdays and weekends

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$15.50-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability
