Your daily routine

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and offering support throughout the purchasing and project delivery process
  • Build strong relationships with customers and nurture brand loyalty
  • Assess customer needs through indepth interviews
  • Present and show different housing models, explaining their respective features, benefits and customizable options
  • Validate and follow up on financing, land, preliminary plans, finishing touches, building permits, surveyor, etc.
  • Manage sales contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate factory visits to enable customers to visualize the progress of their project and discuss technical details
  • Collaborate with design, production and installation teams to ensure efficient project progress
  • Prospect for new customers using various resources (databases, trade shows, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Monitor market trends, new technologies and competition to stay informed and propose innovative solutions.
  • Maintain uptodate sales, prospect and customer data in the ERP system

Your expertise

  • Bilingualism, both oral and written (French/English)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field
  • Ability to work from our Gatineau AND Arnprior, ON offices
  • Computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Zoom/Teams)
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Communication, sales and negotiation skills
  • Sense of professionalism and courtesy
  • Commitment to provide exemplary customer service
  • Team spirit
  • Availability to travel for corporate events

Working conditions

  • Permanent, fulltime position
  • 40h/week, schedule to be determined
  • Base salary with commissions, to be discussed according to experience
