As a Supply Operations Coordinator with our team, you will be responsible to provide support related to purchasing in accordance with established procedures, practices and guidelines.

Using your knowledge in Supply Chain and Product Sourcing to select appropriate vendors for procurement of materials/products within specific parameters and limits.

You will collaborate with partners, warehousing, and distribution teams to fulfill operational requirements.

Qualifications:

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

Required Knowledge:

Supply Chain operational knowledge
Understanding of Supply Operations KPIs and concepts and the impact that MRP has on them
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills
Make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, experience and judgment
Strong teamwork skills with proven ability to build, maintain and utilize relationships across the Corporation
Ability to effectively structure work and plan activities to meet business goals
Make recommendations for changes or adjustments to reduce costs and/or improve operational efficiency
Ability to adjust quickly and maintain composure to shifting priorities and rapid changes
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities while ensuring deliverables are met
Good communication skills written, verbal and presentation
Ability to build strong relationship with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Selfmotivated, work well with mínimal supervision

Required Experience:

3 years of experience in Materials Management required preferably in a similar role
Recent grads of APICs, Bachelor of Supply Chain Management will also be considered as 3 years' experience
Experience in material requirements planning
