- Perform general manual labour tasks, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with various construction and maintenance projects.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians in their duties.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of work quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar general labour role is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Punctuality and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Health and safety awareness.
