Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant in Fraud Management provides day to day support within the department. They perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure daily business operations can function.


What you will do

  • Responsible for sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail for the department
  • Support the investigative team with data entry and administrative processes
  • Ensure office supplies are properly stocked and order when appropriate
  • Create and distribute departmental reporting
  • Process invoices following internal accounts payable procedures, systems and guidelines
  • Provide support to Business Support and Operations roles in the following areas:
  • Business Continuity Plan
  • WTS/SAR requests
  • Distribution lists
  • Spatial changes
  • Provide feedback on administrative processes to develop efficiencies
  • Take meeting minutes as required
  • Acts as a backup when required for other Administrative Assistants
  • Assist with developing and updating of Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other documents as needed
  • Ensures confidentiality of any/all information, particularly highly sensitive information, such as personal information
  • Prepares and manages expense reconciliation and submission
  • Contributes to project and initiative completion as identified and assigned
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with peers and leaders
  • Build a trusting relationship with teams across departments
Other departmental duties assigned by the Associate Manager, Investigation Operations or their designees


What you will bring

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with administrative activities
  • Experience with riskbased decision making
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
