In this role, you will:


  • Conduct mechanical inspection of catalogue and machined parts for conformance to specifications and complete associated paperwork
  • Use standard Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Ensure proper part certificates are received and traceability of parts is maintained
  • Prepare part Non-Conformance Reports
  • Develop inspection techniques and design inspection jigs and gauges
  • Calibrate and identify material
  • Check and approve product Test Reports
  • Perform Inprocess inspection of company products
  • Identify tools and equipment required for mechanical inspection
  • Liaise with vendors, when required
  • Use and program CMM and use of other advanced tools and equipment
  • Develop inspection schedule
  • Adhere to our ISO quality system and safety program
  • Foster an environment that promotes our Company values

What You Bring:


  • Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent mechanical basics with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
