In this role, you will:

Conduct mechanical inspection of catalogue and machined parts for conformance to specifications and complete associated paperwork
Use standard Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Ensure proper part certificates are received and traceability of parts is maintained
Prepare part Non-Conformance Reports
Develop inspection techniques and design inspection jigs and gauges
Calibrate and identify material
Check and approve product Test Reports
Perform Inprocess inspection of company products
Identify tools and equipment required for mechanical inspection
Liaise with vendors, when required
Use and program CMM and use of other advanced tools and equipment
Develop inspection schedule
Adhere to our ISO quality system and safety program

What You Bring:

Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent mechanical basics with 2+ years of relevant experience
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
