Job Summary


Responsibilities:


  • Pleasantly greet patients, confirm and obtain information to register patient
  • Schedule patients for various diagnostic imaging exams either in person or over the phone
  • Maintain and update patient records as necessary
  • Call patients to remind them of upcoming exams
  • Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times

Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate in a courteous manner at all times
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Customer service experience is welcomed but not required

Salary:
$16.50-$17.00 per hour
