  • Engage in security standard validation initiatives, contributing expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop system software that complies with FIPS-140, LINCE, and/or Common Criteria requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive security analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and strengthen overall system security.
  • Analyze system logic at a holistic level, ensuring alignment with security standards and best practices.
  • Assess cryptographic algorithms for compliance and efficiency, ensuring they meet security standards and operational requirements.
  • Perform thorough reviews of source code to identify and rectify security flaws and adherence to security guidelines.
  • Design/Develop software independently and rapidly in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in maintaining the existing products and provide engineering support to the customer.
  • Take ownership of software modules to provide work estimates, write all the necessary documents, implement, unit test and maintain software components.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and provide feedback to your peers.
  • 5+ to 15 years of Strong skills in C/C++/Python for real-time, embedded systems development.
  • 5+ years of Extensive experience developing real time embedded applications for Linux.
  • Knowledge of FIPS 140, LINCE and Common Criteria requirements.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic encryption algorithms, key exchange algorithms, hashing/message, authentication algorithms, PKI, random number generators etc.
  • OpenSSL knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of certificates and their attributes.
  • Familiarity and experience with networking technologies.
  • Be able to work with cross functional teams in a collaborative work environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience using Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development
  • Strong desire to learn new tools and technology is an absolute must.
