RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for ensuring that the tasks and transactions related to the shipping and receipt of goods are carried out.

You will also have to ensure quality work in the preparation and packaging of customer orders. You will ensure that the inventory of the workforce is maintained. A computer/programming component is also part of this position.

To perform the function, the person will be able to:

Receipt/dispatch of goods

• Receive goods;
• Store goods in accessible and appropriate places;
• Make material entries in the computer system;
• Prepare the shipment of goods to the various customers;
• Pack the products properly and ensure that the packaging is adequate;
• Perform returns of goods (RMA);
• Maintain the receiving and shipping area;
• Perform all other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of shipping operations.

Programming of cameras

• Program the cameras before shipping them;
• If necessary, repair cameras and perform validation tests so that they are functional;

Inventory management

• Ordering the necessary products
• Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
• Keep the inventory of merchandise up to date and make sure to order any missing supplies;

Assembly

• Assembly of certain unassembled products
