**Description: **Alpine Speciality Chemicals, a subsidiary of Sani Marc Group is searching for an individual with strong leadership and management skills to manage a team of sales professionals in Southwestern Ontario/ GTA North.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and developing a team of sales and services professionals to acquire new business and grow existing accounts within the defined area.

This individual will support the sale of new business and is responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with new and prospective customers.

Our aim is to provide the highest quality products and service to our customers at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities:

Hire, train and develop a group of sales and services professionals to achieve and exceed corporate objectives;
Demonstrate strong leadership by championing corporate initiatives and leading regional sales meetings;
Construct business plans incorporating essential market drivers while monitoring emerging conditions and threats to the business;
Interact with senior management crossfunctionally to ensure corporate objectives are met;
Develop, execute and track annual and quarterly business objectives and sales plans of their team;
Assist their team in identifying and closing new business opportunities within the region;

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the region;

Requirements:

Have at least five (5) years of management experience;
A valid driver licence and acceptable driving record;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Experience in valueadded sales and serviced decision making and problemsolving skills handling a challenging situation;

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
