Those who love a challenge and get excited at the prospect of collaborating with talented people to continuously improve and innovate on tasks both large and small.- Responsible for monthly cost tracking at multiple SAGD assets.- Work with Senior Foreman on cost forecasting.- Monthly reporting on variances of budget to actuals.- Review coding of invoices associated to operations.- Interface with operations analysts to ensure accuracy of accounts.- Support the yearly budget cycle for operations budgets.


Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with OpenInvoice (AP), Qbyte systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in building power point presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to a fastpaced business environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Ability to lead meetings amongst a multidisciplinary group.

Education and Experience:

  • 35 years of experience with data entry and cost forecasting. Previous experience in an office assistant/field administrator role is an asset.

Work Environment:

  • Based at Edam Field office or Lloydminster office.
