Job Description:

What you'll be doing


Reporting to the Senior Director, ECRM Strategy, this role provides project management support for the centralized team supporting the ECRM portfolio and program.

The program will enable CIBC to not only help to improve client relationships across the bank, but will also promote team collaboration, improve service efficiency and relevancy, and aid marketing efforts through more targeted cross selling.

This role works in partnership with functional and SBU group leaders across the organization to translate business needs into a sustainable and effective program to manage client relationships.

Accountabilities will include running program governance that aggregates project work together. In addition you will be leading efforts to improve the COE's capabilities in reporting, tracking, and managing the portfolio.

How you'll succeed- Project management - Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project.

Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.- Teamwork - Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services.

Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.- Project coordination - Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem.

Monitor milestones, and ensure they're completed according to timelines and budgets.

Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team's preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.- COE Improvements - Seek out best practices, assess global news, trends, competitor and consumer user trends, and educate key stakeholders on the threats and opportunities.

Conduct research, data analysis, summarize, analyze and work session facilitation. Work with the Senior Director to develop business case proposals to approve, recommend or reject initiatives in the context of strategic priorities and ROI

  • Work horizontally across multiple departments to deliver end to end. Work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.

  • Work closely with our internal business partners as well as external vendors. Ensuring alignment to business needs, negotiating delivery milestones and escalations with clear lines of communications throughout delivery.


Who you are- You're can demonstrate experience in People Change Management methodology, principles, and tools.- You have a degree/diploma in Business and/or a related field of study.
