What You'll Do


ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates.

We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Sales Coordinator.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts.

Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Tracking and printing concession payments
Provides reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
Coordinates and prepares delivery and damage claims for new trucks received.
Creates purchase orders and matches to invoices when received.
Assigns stock numbers.
Tracks new and used stock and verifies locations.
Performs periodic internal inventory count.

Conduct final audit of files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc.

Updates websites as required.
Picking up and delivering units as required.
Keeping unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
Administration of sales files.
Data base administration.
Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Completion of a postsecondary program preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and related experience).
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in equipment dealership operations
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to perform in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decisionmaking skills.
