The Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Data entry and data administration within our Salesforce CRM database. Initiatives would relate to marketing insights, client information and sales activities.
  • Leverage the data within the CRM to provide insightful reporting to the regional sales teams as well as the Sales Operations manager. Implement process improvement whenever possible.
  • Generating timely ad hoc sales reporting for Finance & management team.
  • Provide occasional assistance to sales support and Marketing teams with administrative duties.
  • Deliver effective sales support to Sales team with emphasis on the external team.

The Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Recent graduate or graduating student working toward achieving postsecondary degree or diploma in relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a CRM platform such as Saleforce is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
