The Gear Centre Off Highway is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative / Parts Person to work in our Mississauga Branch.

Position Overview:

Locating required parts through catalogues (electronic and printed)
Sourcing and ordering parts
Preparing quotes and invoicing product to customers
Shipping and receiving of parts and components
Organizing the prompt delivery of goods to customers
Determine customer needs and provide information about additional products or services offered by the group of companies

Qualifications:

13 years of counter sales experience in a parts, retail or customer service environment
Some mechanical aptitude
Strong customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
Multitasking and time management skills
Self-Starter who takes the initiative to get things done
Fluent in both English and French (both written and verbal) would be considered an asset
Must possess a valid drivers license with an acceptable drivers abstract
