Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning etc.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ensuring office is kept neat and tidy.
  • Assisting/supporting with daytoday accounting functions
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical/administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.

Salary:

Salary is commensurate with experience.
