Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Junior Accounting Clerk within our Finance department.

Accounting Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience
Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the Firm
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Aboveaverage accurate data entry skills
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Customer service orientated
Ability to problemsolve
12 years' of previous accounting work experience is preferred
Experience working within a legal environment is an asset

General tasks

Processing of trust transactions including cash receipts and electronic/cheque payments
Preparing the daily trust bank deposit
Other administrative and accounting tasks
