Prepares summaries of the reinsurance coverage to assist in administering the contracts. Reviews regulatory requirements and assist in updating process and controls to meet changing requirements.

What you'll do- To deliver consistently accurate and timely contract documentation to internal and external parties.- To liaise with Legal to implement the contracts in accordance with the Delegation of Authority Framework.- Prepare a summary of the reinsurance coverage to facilitate the administration of the contracts (accounting).- To liaise with Reinsurance Claims to check for reasons for non-payment of claims by certain reinsurers.- To support the documentation of evidence of compliance of activities with regulatory requirements using the Ethidex system.- Assist Manager with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.- Assist Manager with documentation of processes is up to standard.
What you'll bring- A Bachelor's University degree is desirable.- 3 to 5 years of contracts preparation related working experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to effectively connect with manager and peers on business issues and solution- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work with complex issues and concepts- Good understanding of the various aspects of accounting operations and the associated accounting dynamics- Initiative to explore new insights and the ability to motivate others to accept progress and change- Ability to deal with conflict and facilitate resolution amongst staff and peers- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of accounting principles- Initiative to explore new ideas and the ability to motivate others to accept progress and change- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the regulatory environment.
- Ability to develop new insights and techniques and accept/facilitate change
