As a
Sales Coordinator you will be part of a dedicated OUTDOOR team based in Ontario, Canada and 100% remote and reporting to
Lead Sales Coordinator. You will Support the business in meeting forecasted sales goals by ensuring orders are entered, shipped and invoiced accurately and within requested dates, for your assigned accounts.

Provide customer support to IR Dealers for daily inquiries and order management.

What you will get to do

  • For online orders for Cub Cadet product, follow the order management process by contacting applicable dealers where required to determine if field stock exists, update consumer, track orders until shipment occurs then process payment
  • Investigate requests for credits, errors in pricing, shipping or product defects and process within our discrepancy process
  • To ensure good relationships are built and developed with our dealers and retailers, attend meetings with customers, trade shows, and weekly forecast and inventory conference calls as required. Support the onboarding of new mass retailer and dealer customers

Who You are

  • College diploma or University degree in Marketing, Business or relevant area of study is preferred
  • 5 years of Customer Service and Support experience ideally in a Call Centre environment
  • Experience working in a sales support capacity for a CPG organization strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work well independently as well as collaborate in a team setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual in English and French a strong asset
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Sales Force Service Cloud, and Infor XA (MAPICS)
