Description
Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing equipment.We are working closely with our customers to enable the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology.
We are growing and hiring a Logistics Specialist to prepare and package finished products and coordinate shippingResponsibilities include:
- Package parts and finish product for shipping, shrink wrap, box, label.
- Maintain and organize packaging supplies to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
- Responsible for Quality Control on shipped products.
- Assist in coordination of a variety of services including air, ocean, warehousing, land freight, and customs.
- Prepare necessary documents.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- 2 plus years' international inbound and outbound shipping experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP software, such as SAP or Sage.
- APICS CLTD or other certification or working towards one.
- Forklift certification would be an asset.
- Experience in international shipping documentation is an asset.
- Able to lift 40 lbs., experience with power tools and packaging equipment.
- Basic computer skills including databases and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts is an asset.
